James H. Clark, CPP. Jim is a staff consultant with SRMC. Jim brings over 30 years of experience in security management and law enforcement and over 28 years as an independent security consultant. He is nationally recognized for his security vulnerability assessment and forensic testimony services.

Jim has worked with many public and private organizations on vulnerability assessments, policy and procedure development, strategic master planning, staff training, workplace violence prevention and emergency preparedness and response with a special focus on higher education, library, museum, and archival environments. He has completed assignments with King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST), Harvard University, Howard University Case Western Reserve University, Pima Community College, Cuyahoga Community College, Lorain Community College, Cleveland State University, George Washington University, the Rowfant Club (Bibliophile Collection), the Hartford (CT) Library, and the Detroit Institute of the Arts, among other institutions.

Jim has served as a member of the Cultural Properties Council with ASIS International, as a President, Board Member and on the Forensic Methodology Committee with IAPSC., and as a Certification Faculty member with IFCPP.

Mr. Clark brings extensive and highly respected experience in forensic security, having testified as an expert witness in over twenty cases involving allegations of inadequate security in cultural property and university security litigation matters. This breadth of experience serves him well in developing sound litigation avoidance strategies for institutional clients.
